Nifty Nangar was slow to begin.  Manila Dusk, Crackerjack Keg and Havilah Kid collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Havilah Kid and Swift Brittany collided on the first turn checking Havilah Kid.  Crackerjack Keg and Nifty Nangar collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Keg.  Havilah Kid and Nifty Nangar collided approaching the home turn checking Havilah Kid.

Fernando's Quest, Torpedo Tears, Invictus Jaxson and Weblec Scout collided soon after the start checking Torpedo Tears and Weblec Scout.  Super Marli, Aston Velvet, It's A Brew, Fernando's Quest, Torpedo Tears, Invictus Jaxson, Weblec Scout and Peaky Blazer collided on the first turn checking Aston Velvet, It's A Brew, Fernando's Quest, Torpedo Tears and Invictus Jaxson, severely checking Super Marli, Weblec Scout and Peaky Blazer. Super Marli was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right hock, right back muscle and right triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Zivon Bale and Zylon Bale went up with the lids at box rise.  I'm Not Budging and Kaheem Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Zivon Bale, I'm Not Budging, Kaheem Bale, Radek Bale, Uncle's Girl and Zylon Bale collided on the first turn checking I'm Not Budging, Kaheem Bale and Zylon Bale, severely checking Radek Bale and Uncle's Girl.

Radek Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Westar Aileen and Zippy Audi collided soon after the start.  Major Giblet and Well Grounded collided approaching the first turn.  Zippy Audi, Drako Bale and What Could Be collided on the first turn checking Drako Bale and My Father's Son.  Well Grounded and Mirror Illusion collided on the second turn checking Mirror Illusion.  Well Grounded and Mirror Illusion collided entering the home straight. Mirror Illusion faltered after the finish line.

Mirror Illusion was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Aston Rupee and Daph's Ascend collided soon after the start.  Spring Driven, Kasemi and Riccarton Rick collided approaching the first turn checking Spring Driven.  Kasemi, Riccarton Rick and Aston Rupee collided on the first turn checking Aston Rupee.  Riccarton Rick and Indy Matilda collided on the first turn.  Spring Driven faltered entering the back straight and tailed off as a result.  Aston Rupee and Riccarton Rick collided in the back straight checking Riccarton Rick.

Spring Driven was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Zara's Ivan, Bourne Burner, Langfield Bale and Ripplebrook Glen collided soon after the start checking Bourne Burner and Ripplebrook Glen.  Zara's Ivan and Langfield Bale collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Bourne Burner, Langfield Bale and Ripplebrook Glen collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Langfield Bale and Ripplebrook Glen collided on the third turn checking Langfield Bale.  Dusty Lyn and Zara's Man collided approaching the winning post.

Fabroni Bale crossed to the outside soon after the start.  Clips and Orlando collided approaching the first turn checking Clips.  Quincee Bale and Affair Bit collided on the third turn checking Affair Bit.  Fabroni Bale raced wide in the home straight.

Scatterbox and Run Machine collided soon after the start.  Panama Dance and Zarate collided approaching the first turn.  Panama Dance, Zarate, Rigg, Scatterbox, Run Machine and Weblec Flare collided on the first turn checking Panama Dance, Zarate, Rigg and Run Machine, severely checking Scatterbox, Notoriety and Weblec Flare.  Weblec Flare checked off Scatterbox on the second turn.  Rigg and Notoriety collided on the third turn.  Scatterbox and Weblec Flare collided approaching the home turn checking Weblec Flare.

Emmy's Shark - Out of competition sample taken on 21/12/2021. New declared weight of 27.3kgs, last raced at 26.2kgs.
