Steward's Report
Buck Hunter and Big Leigh collided soon after the start checking Big Leigh.
Big Leigh underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from My Name's Nipper - winner of the event.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Anthony Harding, the trainer of Big Leigh regarding the greyhounds performance soon after the start. In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr. Harding to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Big Leigh in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
