Stewards questioned Adele Powel (Blitzen Vixen) and Donald McDonald (Seize Possession) regarding an alleged incident prior to the running of this event.  Ms Powell and Mr McDonald were subsequently each issued a warning under GAR86(q) for the manner in which they conducted themselves towards each other whilst handling their greyhounds prior to this event.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Geoff Smith regarding the racing manners of Bella Dreamtime on the home turn.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Smith, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn.

Resounding and Lunaray collided approaching the first turn checking Resounding. Lunaray and Master Febey collided on the first turn checking Master Febey. Lunaray and Fashion Icon collided entering the home straight.

Gold Luminesce, Kaiden and Black Phoenix collided soon after the start checking Kaiden. Rockstar Haynes and Joyous Moment collided approaching the first turn checking Rockstar Haynes. Gold Luminesce, Black Phoenix and Sensational collided on the first turn checking Black Phoenix.
