Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Blue Gal was quick to begin. My Envy was slow to begin.

Fly To Victory checked off Mystery Talent and collided with My Envy on the first turn. My Envy, Fly To Victory and Keenan Rocks collided on the first turn checking Fly To Victory. My Envy and Keenan Rocks collided entering the front straight. My Envy checked off Keenan Rocks on the second turn; My Envy raced wide as a result. Mystery Talent and Keenan Rocks collided on the third turn. Blue Gal and Keenan Rocks collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Keenan Rocks underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the webbing on the left hind paw. No stand down period was imposed.

Pandorica and Jigglypuff collided soon after the start. Sunstruck, Shanlyn Hunter and Pandorica collided soon after the start. Uriana Bale and Jigglypuff collided on the first turn. Uriana Bale checked off Cut And Polish on the second turn. Sunstruck and Cut And Polish collided approaching the third turn. Cut And Polish checked off Sunstruck on the third turn causing Cut And Polish to lose ground. Shanlyn Hunter and Pandorica collided approaching the home turn checking Jigglypuff.

Wizardry Things were slow to begin.

Darnum Destroyer and Sir Chappy collided soon after the start. Darnum Destroyer, Sir Chappy, Pot Luck Chuck and Lead The Way collided soon after the start checking Pot Luck Chuck. Darnum Destroyer and Sir Chappy collided several times throughout the event checking both greyhounds.

Blazing Fury, Knock An Scratch and Thundering Don collided soon after the start. Gemma Blue and Rezzie's Shout collided soon after the start checking Gemma Blue. Chill Out Webby checked off Thundering Don on the first turn. Blazing Fury and Knock An Scratch collided on the first turn. Major Bourbski and Rezzie's Shout collided on the first turn. Thundering Don, Gemma Blue and Rezzie's Shout collided on the home turn.

Negasi Bale - Late scratching at 6.17am when Mrs Andrea Dailly reported the greyhound to have split webbing (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Mepunga Sparkle.

Rezzie's Choice was slow to begin.

Emergency, Mepunga Sparkle and Emani Bale collided on the first turn. Happy Hannah and Accused collided on the first turn checking Happy Hannah. Emani Bale and Happy Hannah collided approaching the second turn. Mepunga Sparkle veered outwards, turned its head to the outside and marred Accused on the turn out of the back straight. Emergency and Happy Hannah collided on the home turn. Emani Bale and Rezzie's Choice collided entering the home straight.

Mepunga Sparkle underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms. Jess Lyons, the representative of Mepunga Sparkle regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the turn out of the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1), Mepunga Sparkle was charged with marring. Ms. Lyons pleaded guilty to the charge and Mepunga Sparkle was suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Fabriola Duran - Late scratching at 6.17am when Mrs Andrea Dailly reported the greyhound to have Kennel Cough (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Ms Cassandra Rademaker was fined $50.00 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Ask For More pursuant to GAR 33(4).

La La Missouri was quick to begin.

Lektra Jena and Indy Ghost collided soon after the start. Ask For More checked off Dark Compass approaching the first turn. Trendy Universe, Code Blue Sue and Ask For More collided approaching the first turn checking Code Blue Sue. Ask For More checked off Lektra Jena on the first turn.

Radek Bale and My Father's Son were slow to begin.

Radek Bale and So Predictable collided on the first turn and again entering the front straight. Redzin and Radek Bale collided on the second turn. Redzin and So Predictable collided on the third turn. My Father's Son and So Predictable collided approaching the fourth turn. My Father's Son fell after the winning post.

My Father's Son underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have spike wounds to the left hind toes and left hock. No stand down period was imposed.

Overflow Lisa and Fractured collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Bounce Back checked off Daph's Ascend on the first turn and raced wide as a result. Overflow Lisa checked off Fractured on the second turn.

Funky Felix was slow to begin.

Ishmy Ruby and Fabriola Zero collided soon after the start. Fabriola Zero checked off Trending Power and collided with Change Of Habit on the first turn. Fabriola Zero and Trending Power collided on the second turn.

Calix Bale checked off Agnet Bale and collided with Zippy Tesla and Darnum Diva on the first turn checking Calix Bale, severely checking Zippy Tesla and Darnum Diva. Calix Bale checked off Agnet Bale on the home turn.

Very Jiggling underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have a spike wound on the left hind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
