Essential persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

A pre-race sample was taken from Diversify.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 2 minutes to allow for the removal of ducks from the track.

Diversify clipped the heels of Millie Marlaine on the first turn checking Diversify causing Diversify and Love Long Time to collide, severely checking both greyhounds.  Baffling clipped the heels of Mystical Heist approaching the home turn causing Baffling to fall.  Hill Top clipped the heels of Nourish approaching the home turn checking Hill Top.  Hill Top and Mrs. Tropicana collided on the home turn checking Hill Top.  Hill Top, Mystical Heist and Love Long Time collided entering the home straight.  Love Long Time turned its head inward and marred Mystical Heist in the home straight.

Baffling underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right front toe abrasion.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Love Long Time underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury and bruising to the left wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr Adam Norris, the trainer of Love Long Time regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Love Long Time was charged with marring.  Mr Norris pleaded guilty to the charge, Love Long Time was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Princess Vegas, a post-race sample was subsequently taken. 

Deed Of Shianne was slow to begin.

Junior Coin, Mountain Stew and Riptide Buddy collided soon after the start checking Mountain Stew.  Rival Wiggy and Riptide Buddy collided approaching the first turn.  Rival Wiggy, Winlock Dozer, Junior Coin and Riptide Buddy collided on the first turn checking Rival Wiggy, Winlock Dozer and Junior Coin causing Rival Wiggy to fall.

Rival Wiggy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left triangle and the right dew claw.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Gem Victorem and My Envy collided approaching the first turn checking Gem Victorem.  Illusional clipped the heels of Gem Victorem approaching the first turn checking Illusional.  Compton Lucy clipped the heels of Gem Victorem on the first turn checking Compton Lucy.  My Envy and Cam's Girl collided on the home turn. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Boom Buster.

Glory Road and Emma's Double collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Vortex clipped the heels of Aston Scepter approaching the home turn.

King Brown was slow to begin.

Market Bob, Flash Opal and Gallant Toby collided on the first turn checking Flash Opal and Gallant Toby.  Firing Fernando clipped the heels of Filorga Bale on the first turn checking Firing Fernando and King Brown.  Alfie Solomon and Beach Master collided entering the home straight.

Paper Plane - New declared weight of 33.0kgs, last raced at 31.6kgs.

All Inn Opal, Kraken Jock and Not Delivered collided soon after the start checking Kraken Jock and Not Delivered.  Kraken Jock, Not Delivered and Quicker Than Joe collided approaching the first turn.  All Inn Freeman clipped the heels of Paper Plane approaching the home turn.  All Inn Freeman and Not Delivered collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

A post-race sample was taken from Shim Girl - the winner of the event.

Black Beaver, Florentino, All Inn Olivia and Mouthy Boof collided approaching the first turn checking Florentino.  Mouthy Boof clipped the heels of All Inn Olivia on the first turn.  Black Beaver and Queen Charisma collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Top Right with Mr Jye Formosa and noted their comments.

Luxury Rocks and All Inn Mia collided soon after the start checking All Inn Mia.  All Inn Mia, Top Right and Sensational collided approaching the first turn.  Rockstar Haynes, She's A Looker and Luxury Rocks collided approaching the first turn.  Luxury Rocks clipped the heels of She's A Looker on the first turn checking Luxury Rocks.  She's A Looker and Barwidgi raced wide in the home straight.

Top Right underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Our Flying Bolt, Diva Dot, Innocent Gem and Mr. Daver collided on the first turn.  Diva Dot and Innocent Gem collided several times from the home turn to in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Indigo Indy.

Indigo Indy, Harston Flare, Back Ya Self, Husky Freckle and Twilight Connie collied on the first turn severely checking Indigo Indy, Harston Flare, Back Ya Self, Awesome Asset and Twilight Connie.
