Steward's Report
Unsolved Mystery– Late scratching at 8.32am when trainer Mr Cameron Bahen reported the greyhound to be lame (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Pursuant to GAR 104 (7) Steward, Ms Demi Barber did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Darnum Bolt– New declared weight of 34.9kg, last raced at 36.5kg.
Darnum Bolt and Sole Elusion collided several times from soon after the start to the 250m mark. Noonbarra Jack checked off Buck The Jockey at the 300m mark. Darnum Bolt, Sole Elusion, Cosmic Ox and Buck The Jockey collided approaching the 150m mark checking Sole Elusion and Buck The Jockey severely checking Darnum Bolt.
