Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) starter, Ms D. Roberston did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
Olivia Twist was slow to begin.
Spencer Giblet went up with the lids. Spencer Giblet, Mac's A Million and Yuna Bale collided on the first turn and again entering the back straight checking Spencer Giblet. Pacific Express and Trust I Seek collided in the back straight. Mac's A million, Yuna Bale and Spencer Giblet collided in the back straight checking Yuna Bale and Spencer Giblet. My Wanderer checked off Pacific Express approaching the second turn. My Wanderer checked off Olivia Twist approaching the home turn. Spencer Giblet and My Wanderer collided approaching the home turn. My Wanderer raced wide on the home turn and checked off Mac's A Million.
My Wanderer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left hind webbing. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
