All staff & participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.

Rapid Voyage was slow to begin.

Trickity Click and Fat Cracker collided approaching the first turn.  Elusive Kel crossed out on the first turn and collided with Fat Cracker; severely checking Elusive Kel and Fat Cracker.  Rapid Voyage galloped on Miss Button on the first turn; checking Miss Button, Rapid Voyage and Rubina Bale.  Rubina Bale and Fat Cracker collided approaching the home turn; checking both greyhounds.  Elusive Kel and Rubina Bale collided on the home turn; checking both greyhounds.  Miss Button and Rapid Voyage collided in the home straight.

A post-race sample was taken from Security Man - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mr Gary Robinson, the trainer of Trickity Click, regarding its improved performance in this event.  Mr Robinson stated that the greyhound had trialed well.

A pre-race sample was taken from Latchi's Girl.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately one minute, due to holding for a Warragul harness race.

Elusive Bec was quick to begin.  Reality Starc was slow to begin.

Natalia Lee brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Elusive Bec crossed to the rail on the first turn and collided with Latchi's Girl; checking Kazoo Giblet, Latchi's Girl, Clay Feet, Reality Starc and Aviana Bale; severely checking Elusive Bec, which fell as a result.  Kazoo Giblet and Center collided in the home straight.

Elusive Bec underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hindleg toe.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Yuna Bale and Stormy Lights collided approaching the first turn.  Helmet Giblet checked off Devon Lass on the first turn.  Stormy Lights and System Glitch collided on the first turn.  Prada Gem and I'm Ace Osti collided on the first turn.  Stormy Lights galloped on System Glitch in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Scary Too.

Flying Silk was quick to begin.

Mazikeen Smith and Valak collided on the first turn.  Victory Fire and Scary Too raced wide on the first turn.  Swing High and Victory Fire collided on the home turn.

All To Mac was quick to begin.

Between Jobs checked off Star Burner approaching the first turn.  Akina Ivy and Dundee Candy collided approaching the first turn.  Get On Geers turned its head out and marred Highway Man on the third turn.

Get On Beers underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mr S Healey, the representative of Get On Beers, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the third turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Get On Beers was charged with marring.  Mr Healey pleaded guilty to the charge, Get On Beers was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shady Talks – Late scratching at 1:09 pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an elevated temperature.  A three day stand down period was imposed.

Dashing Dante was quick to begin.  Sacred Path and On The Duck were slow to begin.

Urana Duke and Rockstar Ohlmus collided on the first turn and again on the home turn.

Brazen King checked off Manila Shine soon after the start.  Manila Shine and Busy Izzy collided approaching the first turn; checking Manila Shine, Brazen King and Lewis Osti, Brazen King raced wide as a result.  Edge Serena and Freckles Brown collided on the first turn.  Freckles Brown checked off Bella Porscha on the home turn.  Manila Shine checked off Freckles Brown on the home turn.  Busy Izzy and Freckles Brown collided on the home turn.  Freckles Brown and Brazen King collided approaching the winning post.

Edge Serena underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a laceration to the left hindleg foot and an abrasion to the left hindleg achilles.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Hartland Digger - the winner of the event.

Romeo Lad was slow to begin.

Flaming Moses checked off Star Ballerina on the first turn.  Max Black and Flaming Moses collided in the home straight, checking Max Black.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) kennel attendant, Ms Madison Toner did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

Yak Yak Mack was quick to begin.  Rock The Sky, Love Not War and Wheelin' In were slow to begin.

Love Not War checked off Orca on the first turn.  Orca galloped on Aztec Blaze in the home straight.

A post-race sample was taken from Mighty Tuscany - the winner of the event.

Get A Job and Celtic Gypsy were quick to begin.

Camaro Zed and Aston Harrison collided on the first turn, checking Aston Harrison.  Brilliant Loch faltered on the first turn.  Camaro Zed and Celtic Gypsy collided approaching the home turn; checking Celtic Gypsy, Cairnlea Winnie and Dundee Idol.  Dundee Idol galloped on Cairnlea Winnie on the home turn; checking both greyhounds.  Camaro Zed and Aston Harrison collided entering the home straight.

Brilliant Loch underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg monkey muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Whizbang Alice was quick to begin.  Golden Child was slow to begin.

Two Pars and Callum's Capers collided approaching the first turn.  Shango Run, Golden Child and Callum's Capers collided on the first turn.  Red Nangana and Two Pars collided on the first turn.  No Marjen lost ground over the concluding stages.

No Marjen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg quadriceps injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

So Joe Mac was quick to begin.  Akina Archer and Feel The Thunder were slow to begin.
