Inga Meg– Late scratching at11.57am when trainer, Mr. C. Constantinou reported the greyhound to be on season (GAR 23). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Banjo Edition was slow to begin. Aussie Onyx, Victory Mia and Jackie Speedy collided on the first turn checking Reality Starc and severely checking Aussie Onyx and Jackie Speedy. Victory Mia galloped on Aussie Onyx on the first turn causing Aussie Onyx to cross to the outside and collide with Jackie Speedy; Aussie Onyx and Jackie Speedy raced wide as a result. Banjo Edition crossed out on the home turn and raced wide. Reality Starc and Jackie Speedy collided in the home straight. 

Aussie Onyx underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left metacarpal. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Ms J. Belsham trainer regarding the racing manners of Aussie Onyx on the first turn. After hearing evidence from Ms Belsham, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Mini Higgins was quick to begin. Crystal Edition checked off Mini Higgins on the first turn. Winter's Coming, Reality Who and Nell Bell collided on the first turn checking Nell Bell. Crystal Edition checked off Nell Bell approaching the home turn. Reality Who checked off Silver Power on the home turn. 

Miss Angel Di and Supercomputer were slow to begin. Hurricane Miami checked off Get Around Her approaching the first turn checking Hurricane Miami. Miss Angel Di galloped on Totally Balanced on the first turn severely checking Miss Angle Di and Supercomputer; Supercomputer raced wide as a result. Miss Angel Di and Supercomputer collided several times from approaching the home turn to the home straight. 

A post-race sample was taken from Dawn Spirit - the winner of the event. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Dundee Candy.

Akina Bear was slow to begin. Big Tango crossed out soon after the start. Big Tango and Silver Harp collided soon after the start severely checking Silver Harp, Big Tango and It's All Luck. Akina Bear and Mt. View Sassy collided on the first turn severely checking Mt. View Sassy. 

Silver Harp underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left hindleg and a right triangle muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Zumi's Swagger and Ebonique were quick to begin. Flash Spolly and Fast Talker collided on the first turn. Monaco Lights and Work Zone collided on the first turn checking Work Zone. 

A post-race sample was taken from Zumi's Swagger - the winner of the event.

Rona Express was quick to beign. Jacky's Eden and Cloncurry Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Cloncurry Girl. Big Bella checked off Jacky's Eden approaching the home turn.

Why Not Kez and Koh Lipe were quick to begin. Livvy's Princess and Why Not Gazza collided approaching the first turn checking Livvy's Princess. Why Not Kez and Why Not Gazza collided approaching the home turn. Rebel May Road and Amazing Roy collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Diama Miss and Addy's Evie collided approaching the first turn. Heckle Me crossed out on the first turn and raced wide. Galloping Albi and Max Black collided on the first turn. Baby Pechey checked off Max Black on the first turn. Shen Bree Girl raced wide in the back straight. Baby Pechey checked off Heckle Me on the home turn checking Max Black which raced wide as a result.
