Steward's Report
Favour and Stan's Hope collided soon after the start checking Stan's Hope. Less Ordinary, Paper Plane, Dewana Success, Another Episode and Favour collided on the first turn severely checking Paper Plane and Favour. Stan's Hope and Favour collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn. Another Episode marred Dewana Success in the home straight checking Dewana Success.
Another Episode underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.
Stewards spoke to Mr Brian Brown, the trainer of Another Episode regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Another Episode was charged with marring. Mr. Brown pleaded guilty to the charge, Another Episode was found guilty and suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
