There was no head on vision for this event.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Saniyah Bale, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Magic Rooster brushed the running rail approaching the first turn. Makayla's Diva, Northern Highway and Jocularity collided on the first turn. Magic Rooster and Saniyah Bale collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight. Makayla's Diva, Magic Rooster, Saniyah Bale and Jocularity collided in the home straight checking all four greyhounds.
Jocularity underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a left foreleg split webbing. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
