A pre-race sample was taken from Just Burning.
Leo Rose was slow to begin. Why Not Colby and Jet Lee Rose collided on the first turn checking Jet Lee Rose. Just Burning faltered on the first turn and lost ground. Leo Rose and Jet Lee Rose collided on the first turn.
Just Burning underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right wrist, right flexor tendon and left flexor tendon. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Jet Lee Rose underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration on the left calf. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
