High Plain, Bump's Nugget and Choir Magic collided soon after the start checking Bump's Nugget. Aston Silk and Choir Magic collided on the first turn. Aston Silk clipped the heels of All Inn Morgan approaching the home turn severely checking Aston Silk, in turn causing Choir Magic to gallop on Aston Silk severely checking Aston Silk, Choir Magic and Seven Enemies.
Choir Magic underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have a right metacarpal fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
