Steward's Report
Artic Assassin and Nonna Josie collided on the first turn checking Nonna Josie, East Street fell as a result. Tango Icon and War Creek collided entering the back straight. Swift Intention checked off War Creek in the home straight.
East Street underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr Todd O'neill, the trainer of Swift Intention and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.

MEETING COMMENTS:
Stewards fined Mr. D Trewin the sum of $250 pursuant to GAR 86(o) for negligence in that during kennelling today, he failed to firmly secure the latches on two enclosures in his transport vehicle which in turn caused greyhounds - Aston Moscato and Arctic Assassin to escape from his vehicle in the carpark area on separate occasions. This necessitated the intervention of the on-course GRIU Investigator to secure the greyhounds and present them to GRV Stewards for identification and accommodation in a holding bay for return to Mr. Trewin.
