A pre-race sample was taken from Raja Bale.

Raja Bale was slow to begin.

Lala Juniper, Zivon Bale, Tybalt Bale and Savrance Bale collided soon after the start checking Tybalt Bale.  Zivon Bale and Savrance Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Ranako Bale and Savrance Bale collided on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds, Savrance Bale faltered as a result and tailed off.  Tybalt Bale crossed out in the home straight.  Lala Juniper tired over the concluding stages.

Ranako Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Savrance Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist fracture.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Throw Caution, Senor Senor and Pay The Prince collided soon after the start checking Pay The Prince.  Senor Senor checked off Zipping Malibu approaching the first turn.  Pay The Prince, Throw Caution and Trindad Scorpion collided on the first turn checking Trindad Scorpion.  Winlock Mungo checked off Aston Current on the first turn.  Pay The Prince brushed the running rail approaching the home turn.  Trindad Scorpion checked off Senor Senor approaching the home turn.  Aston Current checked off Zipping Malibu entering the home straight.

Leo's My Champ and Paddy's Marvel collided soon after the start.  Street Riot faltered soon after the start and commenced to lose ground. Weblec Whirl and Street Riot collided approaching the first turn checking Leo's My Champ.  Weblec Whirl and No Payer collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Leo's My Champ checked off Street Riot approaching the first turn.  Extra Speed checked off Paddy's Marvel approaching the first turn.  No Payer checked off Weblec Whirl entering the home straight.  Leo's My Champ raced wide in the home straight.  

Street Riot underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.  

A post-race sample was taken from Paddy's Marvel - winner of the event.

Volcanic Lava – Late scratching at 1.39pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr. Paul Pace was fined $100.

Will Do was slow to begin.

Shared Colour and Sonny Daze collided approaching the first turn.  Shared Colour checked off Gunai Rebel on the first turn.  Sonny Daze checked off Shared Colour on the first turn.  Shared Colour and Tribal collided on the home turn.  Tribal raced wide in the home straight.

A post-race sample was taken from Aston Titan - winner of the event.

Daph's Ascend, Robin's Choice, Paua Of Oscar and Lots Of Chatter collided soon after the start.  Paua Of Oscar brushed the running rail approaching the home turn.  Bound To Succeed checked off Yozo Bale on the home turn.  Daph's Ascend checked off Yozo Bale on the home turn.  Paua Of Oscar and Lots Of Chatter collided entering the home straight.  

Post-race samples were taken from Bound To Succeed (1st) and Pirates Patch (2nd).

Ultimate Avenger was quick to begin.  Sovereign King was slow to begin.

Zevatron checked off Fabriola Zad soon after the start.  Zevatron and Sovereign King collided approaching the first turn.  Qwara Bale brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Sovereign King checked off Fabriola Zad on the home turn.  Zevatron raced wide in the home straight.  

Post-race samples were taken from Ferdinand Boy (1st) and Ultimate Avenger (2nd).

Silver Lake checked off Aston Gwen on the first turn checking Gypsy Yankee.  Kinson Bale checked off Aston Gwen approaching the home turn.  

Silver Lake underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right metatarsal.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Dream Wizard was quick to begin.

Dream Wizard and Aussie Secret collided soon after the start.  Mahogany Jet, Do It and Shima Shine collided approaching the first turn.  Sharky Shark and Shima Shine collided on the first turn checking Sharky Shark and Mahogany Jet.  Shima Shine checked off Dream Wizard on the home turn.

Equalizer was slow to begin.

Bulleteer checked off Rilynn Bale soon after the start.  Rilynn Bale and Keiki collided approaching the first turn.  Gypsy Bun checked off Keiki entering the home straight.  Weblec Jet raced wide in the home straight.

Fortuna Bale, Masked Avenger and Music Event collided approaching the first turn checking Music Event.  

Post-race samples were taken from Shima Classic (1st) and Fortuna Bale (2nd).

Coco Nova, Keep It Blue, Rocket Boy, Yeah Easy, Ulricken Bale and Memphis Keeping collided several times soon after the start checking Coco Nova, Keep It Blue and Yeah Easy.  Yeah Easy raced wide on the home turn.  

A post-race sample was taken from Mighty Marvin - winner of the event.

Zipping Caviar and Daph's Zac collided on the first turn checking Pyrenees Steele.  Nevilla Bale and Fabriola Acai collided entering the back straight.  Nevilla Bale checked off Pyrenees Steele on the second turn.
