Dancing Rose, United Lass and Franki Jay collided on the first turn, checking United Lass and Franki Jay. Always Primed checked off United Lass approaching the home turn.
A post-race sample was taken from Beers On Brody - the winner of the event.
Stewards spoke to Mr J Gorgioski, the trainer of Beers On Brody regarding the greyhound's performance in this event. Stewards noted that Beers On Brody ran quicker than average time today. Mr. Gorgioski stated that Beers On Brody was suited by a quick beginning and a wide draw. Mr Gorgioski added that Beers On Brody had suffered interference in its recent starts and and was aided by a clear run today. Stewards noted his comments.
