A pre-race sample was taken from Pepe Power.
Thunder Tears checked off Low Planes in the front straight. Harlequin Rose and Count Me In collided in the front straight checking Circumstance, Harlequin Rose and Count Me In. Circumstance and Count Me In collided approaching the second turn. Spring Cobra and Low Planes collided in the back straight checking Low Planes. Circumstance and Count Me In collided approaching the third turn.

Sandown 2 June 2021 - Race 6 Racecallers Speed Star - 595m.
Cash Stack - Underwent a post-race veterinary examination on 3 June 2021 and was found to have abrasions on both hind feet, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative, Mr James Azzopardi regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Cash Stack was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Azzopardi pleaded guilty to the charge, Cash Stack was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Viking Junior - Subsequent to the race meeting Trainer Paul Galea advised that the greyhound also had an injury to the right calf and would not race for approximately two weeks.
