Gypsy Vista and Kanji Kilo collided approaching the first turn checking Kanji Kilo. Mystic Muse and Mr. Ten Percent collided on the first turn checking Mystic Muse. Gypsy Vista, Zippy Yamaha and Fabriola Bauer collided on the first turn checking Fabriola Bauer. Mystic Muse checked off Mr. Ten Percent entering the home straight and collided with Gypsy Urana.

Zippy Volkswagon and Flying Jelly collided soon after the start checking Flying Jelly. Zippy Volkswagon, Agnet Bale and Miss Riddle collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Riddle. Zippy Audi checked off Kanji Nano on the first turn checking Zippy Volkswagon and Agnet Bale.

Ranko Bale and Rahim Bale collided soon after the start. Two Up Tommy and Jet Legger collided on the first turn checking Two Up Tommy. Two Up Tommy and Joffa's Liberty collided approaching the home turn. Two Up Tommy and Joffa's Liberty collided on the home turn causing Two Up Tommy to race wide as a result.

Giant's Flash was slow to begin.

Braith Bale was quick to begin. 

Exclusively Mine and Aston Spinel collided soon after the start. Me Silly raced wide approaching the first turn. Foreman, Galway Grange and Stepping collided approaching the first turn. Stepping and Galway Grange collided on the first turn checking Stepping and severely checking Galway Grange. Foreman checked off Exclusively Mine on the first turn. Me Silly and Exclusively Mine raced wide in the home straight.

Mepunga Royal and Big Alfie collided soon after the start. Sweet Petit crossed to the rail on the first turn and collided with Drako Bale and Graclyn Bale. Mepunga Royal, Big Alfie and Aston Future collided on the first turn severely checking Big Alfie. Mepunga Royal checked off Aston Future entering the back straight. Rhonda Lily raced wide on the home turn. Zipping Caviar checked off Big Alfie in the home straight. Mepunga Royal and Aston Future collided approaching the winning post. 

Aston Future underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg toe injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Tinker Jenny, Quinto Bale and Mr. Blurton were slow to begin.

Tinker Jenny, Quinto Bale and Mr. Blurton collided soon after the start checking Tinker Jenny. Brain Wave and Nitro Roxy collided approaching the first turn checking Brain Wave and Quinto Bale. Tinker Jenny raced wide in the home straight.

Mepunga Gertie and Aces Are Trumps were slow to begin. Indian Shadow, Habib and Mepunga Gertie collided approaching the first turn checking Habib and Mepunga Gertie. Aces Are Trumps and Indian Shadow collided approaching the home turn. Mepunga Gertie and Tiggerlong Bundy raced wide in the home straight.

Walking On Fire, Attitude and Shima Bolt were slow to begin. 

Diesel's Legacy and Hurricane Diva collided soon after the start. Silver Power, I'm A Soldier and Hurricane Diva collided approaching the first turn. Walking On Fire, Diesel's Legacy, Another Mick, Attitude and Shima Bolt collided on the first turn checking Attitude, Diesel's Legacy and severely checking Shima Bolt, causing Another Mick to fall. 

Another Mick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abraisions to the right foreleg. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Kamara Bale with trainer Ms. T. Kennedy and noted her comments. 

Rockstar Ohlmus was quick to begin.

Trout and King Brown collided soon after the start checking King Brown. Trout, Kamara Bale and Tinker Luke collided approaching the first turn checking Kamara Bale. Maximum Shim and Tinker Cindy collided on the first turn checking Tinker Cindy. Tinker Cindy and Kamara Bale collided approaching the home turn. Tinker Cindy checked off Maximum Shim on the home turn. Maximum Shim and Tinker Cindy collided approaching the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Kamara Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Blue Larrikin was slow to begin. 

Zimmer Bale, Oliver Bale and Westar Misty collided approaching the first turn checking Zimmer Bale, Oliver Bale and Quintana Bale. Oliver Bale and Sinful Angel collided approaching the home turn checking Sinful Angel and Blazing Nenna. Blue Larrikin raced wide on the home turn.
