Steward's Report
All persons (both essential staff & participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.
Tsar Bell, Colonel Diesel and Queen Of Boss were quick to begin. San Martino was slow to begin. Perfect Product, My Prom Queen, Tsar Bell, Turbulence and Brock’s Baileys collided on the first turn checking Perfect Product and Turbulence and severely checking My Prom Queen, Tsar Bell and Brock’s Baileys, My Prom Queen fell as a result. Tsar Bell and Brock’s Baileys raced wide in the home straight.
My Prom Queen underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a cervico-thoracic injury and an injured right flexor tendon. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Colonel Diesel - winner of the event.
