The start of this event was rescheduled to 12.26pm due to a delay caused by issues with the starting boxes in Race 3.
Aston Clurey was slow to begin.
Redzin, Cawbourne Toe and Alecia collided soon after the start. Redzin and Aston Clurey collided at the 250m mark. Slingshot Tiller and Alecia collided at the 200m mark checking Redzin. Rain Dance galloped on the heels of My Dad Baz at the 150m mark severely checking My Dad Baz.
