Fugacious underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer's request and was found to have an abrasion to the left fore paw. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms.Korie Lee-Heinrich  regarding the racing manners of Quintana Bale in the home straight.  After hearing evidence from Ms. Lee-Heinrich, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.
