Bissaka Spider and My Annabelle were quick to begin.

Night Jar and Aunt Finnie collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Parasite.  Yellow Brick and Loretta Bale collided on the first turn.  Loretta Bale raced wide on the home turn causing Exit Sign and Night Jar to also race wide.  

Piper's Unicorn and Kaiden were quick to begin.

Zipping Buzz checked off Roxy Usuki on the first turn also checking All Inn Toffee.  Zipping Buzz checked off All Inn Toffee approaching the home turn and stumbled.  Tinker To Burn galloped on All Inn Toffee approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  

Zipping Buzz underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right biceps injury A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

All Inn Toffee underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to both hind paws.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Lala Grapefruit – New declared weight of 29.0kg, last raced at 27.9kg.

Finch, Trending Wave and Pyrenees Pegasus collided soon after the start.  Ziems Park Miss checked off Lala Grapefruit on the first turn.  Pyrenees Pegasus and Lala Grapefruit collided in the home straight.  Pyrenees Pegasus galloped on Subtle Space approaching the winning post.

Hyena Queen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
