A pre-race sample was taken from - Lady Loch.
Aston Percival, Prabaker, Aston Syrah, Lady Loch, Rock On Runner, Voodoo Spirit, On The Duck collided approaching the first turn severely checking Lady Loch, Rock On Runner and Aston Syrah causing Aston Syrah to fall. Lady Loch was checked off Prabaker on the home turn. Rock On Runner and Voodoo Spirit collided approaching the winning post.
Aston Syrah underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
There was no head on vision of the back straight for this event.
