Boom Buster checked off Pabbie Bale on the first turn. My Wanderer and Pace Out collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Pace Out. Eastside and Willow Ash collided soon after the start. Two Up Thommo faltered on the first turn and was tailed off as a result. Eastside and Litigator collided in the home straight checking Litagator.

Two Up Thommo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock injury. A 90 day stand down period was imposed. 

Following the event stewards walked the track in the vicinity of the first turn and deemed it suitable for racing.

Zipping Benson was slow to begin.

Fergusta Bale galloped on Zipping Benson approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Magnis Bale raced wide in the home straight.

Big Alfie was slow to begin.

Don't Argue Love and Big Alfie collided on the first turn checking Big Alfie. Hill Top Jonah and Breamar Prince collided approaching the home turn checking Hill Top Jonah.
