Lap It Up was slow to begin.
Out Of Sprite and Aston Ryker collided soon after the start. Perfect Colour and Tinker Town collided several times from soon after the start to approaching the 200m mark checking both greyhounds. Reggae Mikado faltered approaching the 150m mark. Perfect Colour and Tinker Town collided at the 100m mark. Tinker Town checked off Perfect Colour approaching the winning post.
Tinker Town underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration on the left hindleg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Reggae Mikado underwent a post-race veterinary examiantion and was found to have an injury to the left quadriceps. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Dimensional - the winner of the event.
