Bekim Hatrick and Reckless Charm collided soon after the start.  Thoughtful Wish and Paris Sparks collided approaching the fourth turn, checking Paris Sparks and Newfire Riley.  Bekim Hatrick checked off Thoughtful Wish on the fourth turn.  Bekim Hatrick and Thoughtful Wish collided approaching the home turn.  Paris Sparks checked off Thoughtful Wish entering the home straight.  Bekim Hatrick veered out and marred Thoughtful Wish entering the home straight.  Bekim Hatrick eased in the home straight and collided with Thoughtful Wish, checking Thoughtful Wish. 

Bekim Hatrick was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right and left carpus and left sartorius.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs Andrea Daily, the handler of the greyhound Bekim Hatrick.  Acting under GAR 69(1) Stewards charged Bekim Hatrick with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Sandown Park and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kid Maximus was slow to begin.  Swans Twelve went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.  Osbourne Bale and Shadow Lane collided soon after the start.  Swans Twelve and Osbourne Bale collided on the first turn, checking Shadow Lane.  Kid Maximus checked off Buckle Up Mason on the first turn, causing Jack Silver to race wide.  Osbourne Bale and Shadow Lane collided approaching the second turn, checking Osbourne Bale, which faltered and lost ground.  Kid Maximus and Jack Silver collided entering the home straight.

Punch It was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to the left fore and right hind.  No stand down period was imposed.

White Spyro was quick to begin.  Sonic Pirate was slow to begin.  Echelonic Action and Truly Loyal collided soon after the start, checking Sonic Pirate.  Sonic Pirate raced wide approaching the first turn.  Lou Todd, Truly Loyal and Dyna Fulcrum collided on the first turn.  Lou Todd and Dyna Fulcrum collided on the home turn.  Sonic Pirate raced wide approaching the winning post.
