The start of this event was rescheduled to 6.52pm due to techinical support issues.

Sesto Elemento was slow to begin.  Yami Bale and Nikita Can Run collided soon after the start.  Arvo's Joy, Sesto Elemento and Taymel Apache collided soon after the start.  Sesto Elemento, Taymel Apache and Meyer Fencing collided on the first turn severely checking Sesto Elemento and Meyer Fencing and causing Taymel Apache to fall, Sesto Elemento and Meyer Fencing stumbled as a result.

Meyer Fencing was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Taymel Apache was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left foreleg and was humanely euthanased.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. George Arvanitis after his greyhound Arvo's Joy slipped the collar in the vicinity of the kennelling area prior to the event.

Dyna Zone and Pacey Nikita were slow to begin.  Lord George raced wide soon after the start checking Mega Sansa and Almost Human.  Lord George was checked off Almost Human approaching the first turn.  Dyna Zone and Jorzack Nikita collided on the first turn checking Jorzack Nikita, Mega Sansa and Pacey Nikita.  Dyna Zone veered out and marred Almost Human on the home turn, entering the home straight and in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Jake Collins the handler of the greyhound Dyna Zone.  Acting under GAR 69(1) Stewards charged Dyna Zone with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warragul and directed that the greyhound perform a satisfactory trial all tracks pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Royal Colour, Charlotte Belle and Lost My Jockey were slow to begin.  Bolt On crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Coulta Mayham, Charlotte Belle and Tara's Asset.  Coulta Mayham was checked off Kazam approaching the home turn.  Kazam raced wide in the home straight.

Ballistic Fire, Crazy Amber and Bling My Day were slow to begin.  How Time Fly's, Bralyn Major, Bodafan and Sonic Barnsey collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Bling My Day, Bodafan, Sonic Barnsey and How Time Fly's.

Zambora Power was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left triangle muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Military Man was quick to begin.  Kenju, Big Tex Rockin' and My Girl Honey were slow to begin.  Noah Rose and Big Tex Rockin' collided approaching the first turn checking Noah Rose.  Athletica and Relius Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Athletica.  Military Man and Better Punk collided approaching the home turn.  Athletica and Military Man collided approaching the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Satisfactory trial - Peregon Flyer trialled over the 400 metres from box 1, weight 31.7kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 22.96 secs, the greyhound was beaten by 8 lengths.  Pergon Flyer was cleared.

Satisfactory Whelping Trial (solo) - Boom Boom Shiraz trialled over the 400 metres from box 1, weight 28.3kg.  The time of the trial was 23.38 secs , Boom Boom Shiraz was cleared.
