Rockstar Britt was slow to begin.
Cherokee Twist and Golden Teddy collided soon after the start. Affair Bit, Patriot Tubman and Kaison Bale collided soon after the start. Patriot Tubman and Kaison Bale collided in the front straight. Cherokee Twist and Golden Teddy collided in the front straight. Patriot Tubman, Kaison Bale, Cherokee Twist, Rockstar Britt and Golden Teddy collided approaching the first turn severely checking Cherokee Twist and Rockstar Britt, causing Rockstar Britt to race wide. Affair Bit and Jayville Tahlia collided on the first turn. Affair Bit shifted out and collided with Jayville Tahlia on the second turn. Cherokee Twist checked off Rockstar Britt approaching the third turn. Affair Bit and Golden Teddy collided approaching the home turn.
Patriot Tubman underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the Trainer's request and was found to have an injury to the left hind thigh muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
