Steward's Report
Super Big was quick to begin. Aston Prestige was slow to begin.
Eaglehawk Miss and Battered Sav collided soon after the start, checking Eaglehawk Miss. Carry On Angel, Aston Pirate and Charley Davidson collided on the first turn; checking Charley Davidson and Aston Prestige. Eaglehawk Miss, Charley Davidson and Aston Prestige raced wide on the home turn. Battered Sav checked off Aston Pirate on the home turn. Super Big and Lalina collided on the home turn.
Super Big underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr G George, the trainer of Super Big, regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. After hearing submissions from Mr George, viewing all available footage and acting on their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
A post-race sample was taken from Carry On Angel - the winner of the event.
