Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Tregunna crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Taylor's Chip, Clonmore and Mt. View Jester.  Prince Capers and Mt. View Jester collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Big Bash Maddy and Prince Capers collided at the 150m mark.

Hartland Gus - Late scratching at 10:33am under GAR 37 (4) on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian after the greyhound was found to be infested with fleas. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists, before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Heads Or Tails was slow to begin and crossed to the outside soon after the start; racing wide for the entire event.  Lovin' The Sun and Mt. View Pearl collided at the 250m mark.  Nitro Nana and Mt. View Pearl collided several times from the 100m mark to the winning post checking Mt. View Pearl.

Mr. Changretta, Snap Decision and Mumma's Bear were slow to begin.

Hurricane Rose crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Mumma's Bear.  Lektra Elsa crossed to the outside at the 200m mark; racing wide for the remainder of the event.  Mr. Changretta and Snap Decision collided at the 100m mark and again at the 50m mark.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing for Dami Jack with representative Mr. Geoff Fisher and noted his comments.

Midnight Express and Boes High Five were slow to begin.

Dinkydi Barney and Magic Indeed collided at the 300m mark.  Blazin' Poppy, Dinkydi Barney and Magic Indeed collided at the 250m mark.  Dinkydi Barney and Magic Indeed collided several times from the 150m mark to the 100m mark checking both greyhounds.  Dami Jack raced wide for the entire event.

Dami Jack underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a thoraco-lumbar injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Silky Riot was quick to begin.

Super Shenron and Big Bash Punter collided soon after the start.  Armani Arby crossed to the inside soon after the start.  Go The Doves and Super Shenron collided at the 300m mark checking Go The Doves.  Go The Doves, Super Shenron and Armani Arby collided at the 100m mark.  Six And Out raced wide for the entire event.  

She's A Charm was quick to begin.  Horror Show was slow to begin and crossed out soon after the start. Unique Quality and Silver Sky collided soon after the start.  Butch Regis raced wide for the entire event.  

Showboat Capers underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right dew claw injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Melanistic crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Duke Of Burnley.  Lady Fabio crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Mt. View Audrey, Diesel Herrera and Invictus Murray.
