What About It was quick to begin. Perfect Marshall was slow to begin.
Perfect Marshall and Last Hurrah collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Blue Shadows and Dyna Uni collided on the first turn checking Dyna Uni. Blue Shadows, Keeper Of Keys and Franki Jay collided on the second turn severely checking Franki Jay which lost ground checking Blue Shadows and Perfect Marshall. Dyna Uni checked off Last Hurrah on the third turn. Last Hurrah checked off What About It in the home straight.
Franki Jay underwent a post-race veterinary examination - No apparent injury was reported.
