Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Valeera.
So Tough was slow to begin. Valeera, Selynya Teddy and Saint Rock collided on the first turn, checking Saint Rock. Saint Rock lost ground momentarily approaching the second turn. Bisenti and So Tough collided entering the home straight.
Saint Rock underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr P.Herry, the trainer of Saint Rock and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the second turn.
Valeera which underwent a post-race veterinary examination after performing below market expectations and was found to have a spike wound to the left foreleg. No stand down period was imposed.
