Steward's Report
Track curator, Mr Q.Tanner advised that following the grading of the track on Saturday 15th February, the track was then deeply harrowed on Sunday 16th February.
Craftsman and Our Missy Grace were slow to begin. Harmon Bale, Lots Of Nitro and Dundee Dancer collided soon after the start. Craftsman, Little Mug and Mepunga Fairy collided approaching the first turn. Little Mug and Lots Of Nitro collided approaching the home turn, checking Lots Of Nitro. Our Missy Grace and Dundee Dancer collided on the home turn.
Lots Of Nitro underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury and a abrasion to the right nostril. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
