The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing for the greyhound Cayden Bale with Trainer, Ms T. Kennedy-Harris and noted her comments.
Petra Bale and Olin Bale were slow to begin.
Astrolithology, Maddox Bale and Especial Envy collided approaching the first turn checking Maddox Bale who tailed off as a result. Cayden Bale and Patricia Mary collided on the first turn checking Cayden Bale. Sylvia's Delight and Especial Envy collided on the first turn. Syvlia's Delight and Astrolithology collided in the home straight. Sylvia's Delight, Astrolithology and Olin Bale collided approaching the winning post checking Sylvia's Delight.
Maddox Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right triangle muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
