Steward's Report
Modification to starting procedures - Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards directed the Starter to ensure greyhounds were placed in the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races.
Dress code - All participants that are allowed on course, as per attendance regulations, must be dressed in accordance with the dress code as set out in the rules (ie; black and whites) at all times – including kennelling
A pre-race sample was taken from Berkel Boy.
Star Ballerina was slow to begin.
Ikora Bale and Cosmic Yani collided soon after the start checking Cosmic Yani. Alvira and Berkel Boy collided on the first turn. Berkel Boy and Wendalin Bale collided on the home turn.
