Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Regal Duke on Sunday 22 December 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Architecture, Blueflash Lenny and Pacific Coast collided soon after the start checking Architecture. Cersei contacted the running rail on the first turn losing considerable ground as a result. Five Lights, Blueflash Lenny and New Fire Girl collided on the first turn checking Blueflash Lenny and Five Lights.
Cersei underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion’s to both hind paws and a spike wound to the right hind leg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Trainer Mr G. Graham requested that Regal Duke to undergo a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind bottom paw. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Regal Duke - winner of the event.
Cersei – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound tonight and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52.
