Steward's Report
Galloping Nikki was quick to begin. Swift Succession was slow to begin.
Swift Succession and Slingshot Lilham collided approaching the first turn, checking Kisbar Immy. Inga Assalt checked off Galloping Nikki approaching the first turn. Slingshot Lilham checked off Gettysburg on the first turn. Galloping Nikki clipped the heels of Krisbar Immy on the first turn, causing Galloping Nikki to lose ground. Lloyd Bale checked off Gettysburg in the home straight.
Galloping Nikki underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hip muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
