The following greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trial took place over 425mt with 3 required to trial. The winning time of trial was 25.04:

Piper's Unicorn finished 2nd, Greysynd Cruiser finished 3rd and Double Bolt finished 4th.

Piper's Unicorn – Was stood down from racing at Ballarat for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Weighing 33.1kg and beginning from box 1 Piper's Unicorn was beaten by 1.25L. Piper's Unicorn has been cleared to race all tracks except Ballarat.

Greysynd Cruise  – Was stood down from racing at Warragul for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Trial as connections also wish to apply blinkers to the greyhound. Weighing 26.7kg and beginning from box 3 Greysynd Cruise was beaten by 4L. Greysynd Cruise has not been cleared to race after marring on the home turn. 

Double Bolt – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a stopper injury. Weighing 27.3kg and beginning from box 7, Double Bolt was beaten by 5.5L. Double Bolt has been cleared to race.
