Fran Keeping was slow to begin.
Vineyard and Cheeky Bumpa collided approaching the first turn checking Vineyard which collided with Fran Keeping. Fran Keeping and Cheeky Bumpa collided on the first turn checking Fran Keeping. Fran Keeping and Vineyard collided on the first turn. Golden Romance and Lucas Rose collided on the home turn. Fran Keeping checked off Vineyard on the home turn. Golden Romance checked off Lucas Rose entering the home straight.
Cheeky Bumpa underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hind paw. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Meeting Comments
