Steward's Report
Notorious – Late scratching at 18.33PM due to the greyhound non arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr.A.Steele was fined $100.
Flash Angel checked off Manny Allen soon after the start. Vixstar and Manny Allen collided on the first turn, checking Vixstar and Aston Ninja. Vixstar and Manny Allen collided on the home turn. Flash Angel which lost ground on the first turn, was vetted following the event.
Flash Angel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a deltoid injury, right foreleg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Supplementary Report 24 January 2020: Steward's removed the 28 day stand down from the greyhound Notorious on acceptance of the trainer's explanation for the non arrival.
