Steward's Report
Rezzie's Shout - Late scratching at 2:51pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a spike wound to the right hind toes. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Northern Zone was quick to begin.
Fawkner Park was slow to begin.
Aston Gripen and Barellen Chubby collided approaching the first turn. Aston Gripen and Northern Zone collided several times in the home straight.
A post-race sample was taken from Northern Zone - the winner of the event.
