Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Rusty Nail – Late scratching at 6.59pm on 13.06.20 when Mr C. Capuano reported the greyhound to have a hock injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

This event commenced at 10.58am due to a change in SKY channel scheduling.

A pre-race sample was taken from Tears In Eyes.

Front Bar was slow to begin and collided with Always Primed soon after the start. Ivy Girl and Tears In Eyes collided at the 250m mark. Ivy Girl checked off Front Bar at the 200m mark. Front Bar crossed to the outside at the 100m mark and collided with Want It All as a result. Looks Like Turbo and Rollin' In collided several times approaching the winning post.

Shared Colour and Tiny Shiny were slow to begin.

Shared Colour stumbled soon after the start and crossed to the outside. Heidi checked off Cyclone Fergus at the the 250m mark checking Zipping Annabel.

Shared Colour underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right deltoid. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Wise Thunder and Kanga Lights collided soon after the start. Perfect Colour, Wise Thunder and Kanga Lights collided soon after the start. Majestic Mojo and Cutie Kay collided approaching the 250m mark. Perfect Colour and Wise Thunder collided at the 200m mark. Cutie Kay and Kanga Lights collided at the 150m mark. Perfect Colour and Wise Thunder collided at the 50m mark. Perfect Colour checked off Wise Thunder approaching the winning post. Rosie's Delight raced wide throughout the event.

Frainy's Well was slow to begin and crossed to the outside at the 250m mark. Soda Diamond and Don't Argue Love collided at the 250m mark. Ricky Racoon checked off Don't Argue Love at the 200m mark. Darley Park and Ricky Racoon collided at the 150m mark.

Post-race samples were taken from Soda Diamond (1st) & Don't Argue Love (2nd).

My Alby was slow to begin.

Indominus and Rock In Rio collided soon after the start. Remember Jimmy, Grawlix and Hello George collided approaching the 300m mark checking Grawlix. Rock In Rio checked off Grawlix at the 250m mark. Remember Jimmy and Hello George collided several times from the 250m mark to the 150m mark severely checking both greyhounds. My Alby, Invictus Murray, Flying Flash and Grawlix collided at the 150m mark severely checking Invictus Murray. Invictus Murray and Rock In Rio collided at the 100m mark. My Alby, Flying Flash, Grawlix and Rock In Rio collided approaching the winning post.

Worthy Prince crossed to the outside soon after the start. Flying Fifi and By Your Side collided at the 300m mark. Cosmic Ox, Western Bomber and Flying Fifi collided at the 300m mark checking Western Bomber. Black Hornet crossed to the outside at the 200m mark and collided with Flying Fifi several times, severely checking Flying Fifi. Black Hornet and By Your Side collided at the 100m mark. By Your Side crossed in at the 50m mark.

Tamou Bale was slow to begin.

All Inn Redman, Electric Mick and Oakvale Cruiser collided soon after the start. All Inn Redman and Superior Kiki collided at the 200m mark. Blue Larrikin faltered at the 100m mark. Vonn checked off All Inn Redman at the 100m mark.

Blue Larrikin underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11. Blue Larrikin was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Billy's Missile was slow to begin.

Jetson Princess checked off Brylee soon after the start. Billy's Missile and Inter Cody collided soon after the start. Darklight checked off Inter Phillip at the 250m mark. Billy's Missile and Inter Cody collided at the 250m mark. Superior Bont and Darklight collided at the 200m mark. All Inn Abby and Inter Cody collided at the 150m mark severely checking Inter Cody. Billy's Missile and Jetson Princess collided several times from the 150m mark to the 100m mark.

Inter Cody underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Ashby Nimble – Late scratching at 6.36pm on 13.06.20 when Ms C. Dew reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dakar was slow to begin.

Wet And Wild and Ruby's Boy collided soon after the start. All You Got checked off Piccolo Fratello at the 250m mark. Aston Cabernet checked off Dakar at the 50m mark.
