Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Bartlett, the representative of Magic Sox regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Magic Sox was charged with marring. Mr. Bartlett pleaded not guilty to the charge, Magic Sox was found guilty is suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
