Ample Warning, Invcitus Coco and Kraken Lightning collided on the first turn, checking Invictus Coco. Ample Warning checked off Kraken Lightning approaching the home turn.
Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Clarke, the trainer of My Name's Barry (Box 4) regarding the scratching of the greyhound at 6.53 am this morning. Mr. Clarke stated that when he checked My Name's Barry this morning the greyhound had shown signs of vomiting. He added that he erred on the side of caution and withdrew the greyhound shortly thereafter. Stewards noted his explanation.
