A pre-race sample was taken from Origami Angel.
Vixstar and Imperial Jack collided soon after the start, checking Vixstar. Imperial Jack and Riley's Paige collided approaching the home turn, checking Riley's Paige.
Riley's Paige underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a pectoral muscle injury and abrasions to the left hind toe. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
