Modification to starting procedures - Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards directed the Starter to ensure greyhounds were placed in the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races.

Dress code - All participants that are allowed on course, as per attendance regulations, must be dressed in accordance with the dress code as set out in the rules (ie; black and whites) at all times – including kennelling.

Huxley Bale was quick to begin. Wolf's Ace, Fabriola Citrus and Wonder Miss were slow to begin.

Quan Bale crossed to the outside approaching the first turn checking Fabriola Citrus and Wonder Miss. Wolf's Ace checked off Huxley Bale on the first turn. Wonder Miss checked off Wolf's Ace approaching the home turn. Umega Bale and Quan Bale raced wide on the home turn. Fabriola Citrus and Wonder Miss collided entering the home straight. Umega Bale and Quan Bale collided in the home straight. Wolf's Ace and Rockstar Carmody collided in the home straight.

Umega Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Connie's Entity and Yoel Bale were quick to begin.

Orwell Bale and Fabriola Dill collided soon after the start checking Fabriola Dill. Yoel Bale checked off Connie's Entity on the first turn checking Fabriola Dill. Rock In Rio and Yoel Bale collided approaching the home turn. Veritee Bale checked off Rock In Rio approaching the home turn. Veritee Bale raced wide in the home straight.

Nessa's Zara - Late scratching at 7:35pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a tail tip injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Tyrone Bale was quick to begin. Nevilla Bale, Fabriola Expert and Lonnie Loot were slow to begin.

Malayah Bale was slow to begin.

Quail Bale and Providence Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Quail Bale. Priscilla Wang and Quail Bale collided approaching the first turn. Providence Bale checked off South East Queen on the first turn. Galway Grange and Providence Bale collided in the home straight.

Mighty Max Gone – Late scratching at 11.26am when Trainer Mr D. Burnett reported the greyhound to have an illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Noonbarra Storm was slow to begin.

Sharky Shark and Shanlyn Georgie collided on the first turn checking Sharky Shark.

A post-race sample was taken from Crimson Vixen - the winner of the event.

Max Voltage and Rainbow Spirit collided approaching the first turn checking Max Voltage. Reap The Rewards and Rainbow Spirit collided approaching the first turn checking Reap The Rewards. Kissable, Reap The Rewards and Max Voltage collided on the first turn checking Kissable and Reap The Rewards. Max Dynamo and Dyna Xervo collided approaching the home turn.

Riley's Paige – Late scratching at 4.44pm when Trainer Mr C. Capuano reported the greyhound to have a hip injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Knockout Fantasy was slow to begin. Chops Malone was very slow to begin (4 lengths).

Chops Malone and Handsome collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Mimstar raced wide on the home turn. Chops Malone raced wide entering the home straight. Renita Bale lost ground in the home straight.

Renita Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

A post-race sample was taken from Atlantic Jewel - the winner of the event.

Lizzie's Entity was slow to begin.

Mepunga Spectre checked off Brady's Shout soon after the start checking Lizzie's Entity. Mr. Rain Maker raced wide in the back straight. Mr. Rain Maker and Mepunga Spectre collided on the second turn. Mr. Milford marred Mr. Rain Maker approaching the home turn causing Mr. Rain Maker to race wide and severely checking Mr. Rain Maker.

Mr. Milford underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg quadriceps injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr D Gibbons, the trainer of Mr. Milford regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Mr. Milford was charged with marring. Mr Gibbons pleaded guilty to the charge, Mr Milford is suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Titanium Lad checked off Succession Plan approaching the first turn. Weblec Spice and Bring Your Banjo collided approaching the first turn severely checking both greyhounds. No Degree checked off Titanium Lad on the first turn. Brace And Bits raced wide in the home straight. Weblec Spice raced wide in the home straight.

Fawn Illusion - Late scratching at 9.51pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Scenic Warrior was slow to begin.

Over Talking raced wide on the home turn. Flash Angel and Dusseldorp collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Zipping Mack was slow to begin.

Mist lost ground approaching the first turn. Johnny Wishbone and Nanda Sizzle collided on the first turn. Betty Bowl and Nanda Sizzle collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking Nanda Sizzle.

Mist underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Heza Real Deal crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Name Me Nelly, Fast Talker and Ryben Jack. Name Me Nelly and Chief Command collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Name Me Nelly checked off Heza Real Deal on the home turn. Fast Talker raced wide in the home straight. Heza Real Deal lost ground over the concluding stages of the event.

Heza Real Deal underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to both wrists. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
