Steampunk Wolf and All Good Senor collided soon after the start. Floppy Roo and Slingshot Angel collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Steampunk Wolf and All Good Senor collided entering the home straight causing both greyhounds to race wide.

Floppy Roo underwent a post-race veterinary examination -  no apparent injury was reported.

Slingshot Angel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right quadriceps . A seven day stand down period was imposed.

Cuteness and Lilly Lana were quick to begin. Zipping Dusty and Zipping Fergus were slow to begin.

Zipping Fergus underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Ms. D. Coleman, the representative of Zipping Fergus, regarding the greyhound performing below market expectations in tonight's event. Ms. Coleman stated that Zipping Fergus has not raced in over a month and felt, in her opinion, the greyhound would be fitter for the run. Ms. Coleman added that Zipping Fergus is still relatively immature and would further improve with racing. Stewards noted Ms. Coleman's comments and took no further action.

Alita, Belfast Dot, Saint Rock and Barefoot Barry collided on the first turn checking Belfast Dot and Saint Rock and causing both greyhounds to race wide. Saint Rock and Belfast Dot raced wide on the home turn.
