Sir Duke and Bobby The Brute collided on the first turn. Sir Duke checked off Golden Night entering the back straight. Sudden Force and Why Not Paps collided on the third turn. Sudden Force and What Price collided approaching the home turn checking Sudden Force.
Sir Duke underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left foreleg. No stand down period was imposed.
