Steward's Report
Equals Two and Aston Turbine were slow to begin.
Divine Dixie and Mepunga Sparkle collided several times approaching the first turn, checking Divine Dixie. Mepunga Sparkle and La Quinta Rocks collided on the first turn. La Quinta Rocks checked off Lektra Shadow on the first turn. Equals Two contacted the running rail on the first turn, losing ground as a result.
Equals Two underwent a post-race veterinary examination, and was found to have a monkey muscle injury, to the left foreleg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
