Lakeview Lucky, Blueflash Lenny and Chloe's Boy Marv were slow to begin. Chloe's Boy Marv and Blueflash Lenny collided approaching the first turn. Cailah Thai and Take A Rose collided on the first turn checking Take A Rose. Ado Carr and Red Beryl collided on the first turn checking Ado Carr, Red Beryl and Cailah Thai. Cailah Thai underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of Trainer Mr B. Brady and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Cailah Thai - unplaced in this event.
Mr. B. Brady was issued a warning after he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Cailah Thai for racing, pursuant to GAR 46(2).
